We are not a corporate affiliate platform — we are a 5-person team running CRM consulting since 2018, and we built the partner program for TecArt because we wanted to close the gap between "honest 12-month commissions" and "actual lifetime consulting relationships".
Why we built this
When Andre talked to trustees in Zurich, Bern, and Lucerne about CRM strategies in 2024, the same question kept coming up: "If I recommend a CRM to my client that will be with them for 5 years — why do I only get 12 months of commission?"
That's exactly the gap the TecArt partner program closes: 7.5% lifetime, no cap. If you recommend a CRM solution to an SME that stays for 5–10 years, you earn for 5–10 years. That's not marketing speak — it's contractually agreed under Swiss OR and permanently linked per conversion in our database.
We are not the only partner provider in the DACH region, but we are the only one with a consistently EU/Swiss-sovereign tech stack: Hetzner hosting (Falkenstein, Germany — 100% renewable energy since 2017), Mautic marketing automation, Drone CI, Gitea — all in the EU. That guarantees Swiss FADP and revFADP compliance from day one via DPA + EU standard contractual clauses, without DPA theater with US providers.

Lifetime consulting relationship
If you recommend a CRM, it should pay off for life. No 12-month cap, no earn-out clauses, no annual re-qualification.
Swiss tech stack
Hosting in Switzerland, data residency guaranteed, FADP/revFADP native. We don't use US SaaS tools where we have to contort compliance via DPAs.
Transparency over marketing
Commission is visible in the partner dashboard per client, per month. Tier promotion is rules-based, not negotiated. Legacy protection: existing clients keep their commission rate even during tier downgrades.
What shaped us
Over 25 years of Swiss IT consulting, I have accompanied more CRM migrations than I would have liked. 60–75% of all ERP and CRM implementations fail — and I know what it means when the recommendation was wrong: the consultant loses the client's trust for the next 5 years, sometimes permanently. That is why at software-empfehlen.ch the commission is directly tied to the lifetime of the mandate. This is not a marketing promise — it is economic alignment: if I recommend wrongly, I lose too. I derived this principle from my own painful observations.
What Software-Empfehlen.ch is — and what it is not
Affiliate disclosure (mandatory under UWG Art. 3 + OR Art. 412 + TREUHAND|SUISSE Code of Conduct)
1. We are a paid recommendation programme for TecArt CRM, not a neutral marketplace.
2. We earn 7.5 % MRR commission for life on each successful TecArt CRM recommendation, contractually agreed under Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 412 (broker contract). Recommending trustees receive their share monthly, per client, for the lifetime of the mandate.
3. We say this openly because disclosure obligation in Switzerland (UWG Art. 3 lit. b/e + Trustee professional rules + Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 400 fiduciary duty) is part of our professional ethics — not an obstacle to it.
